This product undergoes precise milling of aluminum through CNC machining, followed by black anodizing treatment. During the anodizing process, accurately controlling the pH value of the dyeing solution is crucial. When the pH value of the solution is maintained between 5-6 or 3-3.5, the adsorption effect of Acid Orange II and Acid Blue Black 10B is optimal, and the absorption of dyes by the oxide film significantly increases. After the two dyes are fully absorbed in the film layer in proportion, a stable and uniform black appearance can be formed, ensuring that the CNC-machined finished product combines quality and aesthetics.
Type I, Type II and Type III are the classification methods of anodizing types in the US military standard MIL-A-8625, and are often used for surface treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The following is an introduction to the three types:
